ActivationAgents.ai is an AI-driven growth platform helping coaches, consultants, and online businesses generate revenue through AI-powered lead re-engagement and conversion systems. We work with fast-growing brands focused on authority, scale, and consistent inbound demand.

Who We're Looking For:

You are genuinely expert-level in Claude — Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude.ai (Cowork). You don't just know the tools, you think in them. You've built real AI agent systems with Claude and you can hit the ground running without hand-holding. At the same time, you're collaborative and comfortable working alongside a team that is still learning, helping us understand what's possible and guiding us toward the right decisions.

What You'll Be Doing

Audit our existing workflows and identify automation opportunities across the business
Design and build AI agents using Claude Code and the Claude API
Help us build out our backend systems from the ground up — this includes structuring our knowledge base, communication frameworks, and qualification logic
Co-develop our Notion-based training content and AI context documentation alongside our team
Build and connect automation pipelines using tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier
Integrate SMS automation (Twilio or equivalent) and voice AI tools (Bland AI / ElevenLabs) into our lead qualification system
Capture leads from Facebook Lead Ads, process them through Claude, and automate outreach, qualification, and appointment setting
Be a strategic thought partner as we evolve into a fully AI-agent-driven operation

Requirements:

Deep, hands-on expertise in Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude.ai — this is the core requirement, everything else is secondary
Proven experience building autonomous AI agent workflows
Strong API and webhook integration skills
Experience with workflow automation tools — Make, n8n, or Zapier
Comfortable working in early-stage, build-from-scratch environments where not everything is defined yet
Strong communicator who can explain complex systems in plain language
Portfolio or demonstrable examples of Claude-based systems you have built

Nice to Have

Experience with SMS platforms (Twilio) and voice AI (Bland AI / ElevenLabs)
Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs
Background working with marketing or sales agencies
