ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a U.S.-based contractor marketing company looking for a full-time, exclusive Google LSA Specialist. You will manage and optimize 20 active Google Local Service Ads accounts for home service contractors across the United States. This is not a beginner role — we need someone who lives inside the Google LSA platform and can solve problems fast without waiting on Google support.

COMPENSATION

- Base Pay: $1,750 – $2,500 USD/month (based on experience)
- Retention Bonus: $50/month per LSA account retained beyond 6 months
- With 20 active accounts — full retention = $1,000/month extra
- Total Earning Potential: Up to $3,500+/month
- Paid on time, consistently
- Performance-based raises available

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Full setup, management, and optimization of Google Local Service Ads
- Google Business Profile troubleshooting, maintenance, and recovery
- Resolving suspensions, verifications, and eligibility issues
- Fixing ranking drops, disapprovals, and policy violations
- Handling duplicates, address conflicts, and category issues
- Daily monitoring and fast adjustments to maximize lead volume and quality
- Supporting 20 active LSA accounts — internal role, no client-facing sales

REQUIREMENTS

- Extensive hands-on experience with Google Local Service Ads
- Must have experience managing LSA campaigns for U.S.-based companies
- Ability to fix Google Business Profile issues without relying on Google support
- Deep understanding of contractor niches (roofing, remodeling, painting, plumbing, concrete, etc.)
- Full-time availability — this is an exclusive, one-company role
- Fast response times and high ownership mentality
- Stable internet connection and own device
