JOB OVERVIEW

Requirements:
• Able to review YouTube videos based on provided expectations and guidelines
• Must have a good quality microphone for clear communication
• Comfortable doing screen recordings to explain feedback
• Strong team communication skills (written and verbal)
• Available to work weekends
• Detail-oriented and able to follow structured review processes
• Can start ASAP
• Applicants without relevant experience will be ignored

IMPORTANT:
• This role is focused on reviewing and giving actionable feedback, not editing videos
• Clear communication and ability to explain decisions is critical

Role Overview:
• Review videos against internal expectations and quality standards
• Record screen feedback videos explaining what works and what needs improvement
• Communicate clearly with editors and tea ---------- mbers to ensure alignment
• Help maintain consistency and quality across all video outputs
• Follow structured review frameworks provided by the team
