JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Hiring: Technical Grant Writer – SR&ED (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled Technical Grant Writer to support our SR&ED (Scientific Research and Experimental Development) team. This role focuses on preparing strong grant proposals that help businesses secure funding for innovation and growth.

What We Offer:

- Salary negotiable (based on experience)

- Monday to Friday (EST/EDT – Canada time zone)

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Health, or related field
- 2+ years of technical or grant writing experience
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear proposals
- Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace / CRM tools

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, write, and submit high-quality grant proposals, including SR&ED and other funding programs
- Conduct thorough research to identify relevant funding opportunities aligned with client needs
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and internal teams to gather and refine technical information
- Monitor and manage proposal deadlines, submissions, and compliance requirements
- Perform follow-ups with prospects and clients to maintain engagement and support the application process
- Professionally present company services and effectively communicate value propositions
- Contribute to business growth by building strong client relationships and supporting lead conversion efforts
