We are a fast-growing US-based online company established in 2019, focused on efficient product sourcing and scalable eCommerce operations.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing and supplier coordination. This role involves analyzing profit data, understanding average selling prices across products, and making informed buying decisions using company-provided data and leads. You will work closely with our team to log purchases, track orders, and maintain accurate records. As you grow into the role, additional responsibilities and opportunities will be introduced.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and evaluate suppliers based on company needs
Execute purchases using provided data and vetted leads
Analyze product pricing and profit margins to guide buying decisions
Track and log all purchases, orders, and supplier communications
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth operations
Monitor inventory levels and anticipate purchasing needs

Requirements:

Experience in procurement, purchasing, or similar role
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Clear communication and ability to work remotely with a team
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)

Nice to Have:

Experience in eCommerce or online product sourcing
Familiarity with international suppliers and logistics
