Position: Home Care Recruiter (Remote)
Compensation: $150 USD per week
Schedule:
* Full-time: Monday-Friday
* Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM HST (Hawaii Standard Time)
About the Position:
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and highly responsive Registered Nurse to Assist in our Home Health Recruiting efforts and join our growing team. This is a fully remote position responsible for managing the recruiting process from start to finish for caregivers and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate has previous home care recruiting experience, is comfortable speaking with applicants throughout the day, and excels at keeping candidates engaged and moving through the hiring process quickly.
Responsibilities:
* Review and organize incoming job applicants
* Contact applicants promptly via phone, text, and
* Conduct initial interviews and phone screenings
* Schedule interviews with hiring managers when needed
* Send employment applications and hiring documents
* Collect and verify required certifications and employment documents
* Track applicants throughout each stage of the hiring process
* Follow up with applicants to ensure required paperwork is completed
* Maintain accurate applicant records and recruiting notes
* Coordinate with the operations team regarding hiring needs and staffing priorities
* Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding
* Assist with additional recruiting and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) License is REQUIRED
* Previous home care recruiting experience REQUIRED
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the day
* Highly responsive and dependable
* Ability to manage multiple applicants simultaneously
* Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Reliable high-speed internet connection
* Personal laptop or desktop computer
* Reliable smartphone for calls and communication
* Quiet, professional home workspace
