Who We Are
Best Offer For Home LLC is a US-based real estate company. We buy distressed properties from owners and families dealing with hard situations — back taxes, inherited homes nobody knows what to do with, deceased owners, complicated paperwork. We solve problems other investors can't or won't, then resell the properties.
We are NOT a call center. We are a small, sharp team. You will work directly with the owner.

What This Role Actually Is
You will be on the phone with US-based property owners and family members every day. You'll call them, talk to them like a human being, figure out what they need, and put deals together.
The work is part sales, part investigation, part counseling. You'll talk to:

Adult children whose parent passed away and left a house behind
Elderly homeowners who've fallen behind on taxes
Out-of-state family members who inherited a property and don't know what to do
People who are confused, suspicious, grieving, or just tired

This is not a script-and-dial appointment-setter job. We need someone who can read a situation, think on their feet, and earn trust quickly.
You'll also spend time piecing together puzzles — reading legal documents, court records, and family histories to figure out who actually owns a property and who you should be talking to. If the words "OSINT" or "skip tracing" mean something to you, that's a plus.
Your job in one sentence: Find motivated sellers, build rapport, negotiate, and lock up deals.

What You'll Be Doing

60–100 outbound calls per day to US property owners and family members
Reading short legal documents (deeds, tax records, probate filings) and making smart inferences about who's involved and what's going on
Building rapport with people who are emotional, skeptical, or distracted
Negotiating offers and locking deals under contract
Following up persistently — most deals close after 3–8 conversations
Logging every call in our CRM with clean, useful notes
Coordinating with our internal team to push deals toward closing


Who We're Looking For
You don't need a real estate background. You need to be sharp, resilient, and good with people in hard ---------- nts.
Strong fits include experience in:

BPO / call centers (especially US accounts, sales or retention roles)
Customer service in environments that required real problem-solving
OSINT, skip tracing, investigation, or research-heavy roles
Sales of any kind where you actually closed deals (not just set appointments)
Insurance, debt collection, mortgage, or financial services phone work
Paralegal, legal assistant, or anything that required reading documents and connecting dots

Whatever your background, you must be able to:

Hold a real conversation with a stranger and make them feel heard
Read a one-page legal document and tell us what's actually going on
Stay calm and creative when a call doesn't go to script
Take ownership of outcomes — "figure it out" is a job requirement
Write clear, organized notes in English

You will thrive here if:

You like puzzles
You don't need to be told what to do every five minutes
You can handle hearing "no" twenty times a day and still smile on call twenty-one
You want to grow with a company, not bounce between jobs every six months

Schedule & Logistics

Hours: Monday–Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM Eastern Time (US)
Breaks: 30-minute lunch + one 15-minute break
Tools: You'll use our phone system, CRM, and research tools. We provide everything.
Required: Reliable high-speed internet, USB headset, quiet workspace, backup power


KPIs
You will be measured weekly on two simple metrics:

At least one quality conversation per day (a qualified, interested prospect — not just a pickup)
At least one new property per week either under contract or with a deed acquired

Hit these consistently and you'll earn well. Miss them repeatedly and we'll part ways.

Compensation

Base: $800/month, paid weekly
Contract bonus: $50 for every signed purchase agreement or deed that passes our review
Closing bonus: $500 per file that closes
Realistic earnings for a strong closer: $1,500+/month, scaling higher with volume

The base keeps your lights on. The bonuses are where you build a life. Top performers will multiply their base several times over.
