JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based business growth company looking for a high-performance Virtual Assistant to help generate leads, start conversations, and book appointments.

This is NOT a basic VA job.

You will help build a lead generation and revenue system for contractors, real estate, and local businesses.

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAILY

First Half of Day (Lead Generation):

Find businesses (contractors, real estate, local services)
Collect:
Business name
Phone

Email (if available)
Website
Add to spreadsheet or CRM

Second Half of Day (Outreach + Booking):

Send messages (email, SMS, or social)
Follow up with leads
Start conversations
Book appointments
DAILY TARGETS
150–200 new leads collected
200–300 outreach messages sent
10–20 replies
3–5 booked calls
TOOLS (YOU MUST KNOW OR LEARN FAST)

Google / Google Maps
Apollo or similar tools
Google Sheets / Excel
PAY STRUCTURE

$650/month + performance bonuses

Bonuses:

$5 per qualified appointment booked
$50 per 1,000 clean leads added
$25–$50 per closed deal (team bonus)

Top performers earn $1,000+/month

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Must overlap at least 4 hours with U.S. Eastern Time
