JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Virtual Assistant to support our growing brands with graphics, content formatting, and operational organization.

This role is ideal for someone who can bring ideas to life visually, keep materials organized, and execute quickly.

You will work closely with leadership and our Growth team to ensure all content, documents, and assets are professional, on-brand, and ready to deploy.

???? Key Responsibilities
???? Graphic Design & Content Creation
Create social media graphics using Canva (posts, reels covers, flyers, promos)
Design marketing materials (event flyers, ads, email visuals)
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms (The Chiro Place, ChiroBoss, BossUp)
???? Spreadsheets & Organization
Build and maintain spreadsheets using Google Sheets
Create tracking dashboards (marketing, events, patient data, internal tracking)
Organize and update shared folders in Google Drive
???? Content & Operational Support
Format documents, presentations, and internal materials
Assist with email and promotional content formatting
Prepare files for print or digital distribution
Organize and maintain marketing assets and templates
? Execution & Turnaround
Complete tasks quickly and accurately
Handle multiple requests while maintaining quality
Adapt to changing priorities and business needs
? Qualifications
Experience with Canva (REQUIRED)
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to follow brand guidelines
Fast turnaround and responsiveness
Excellent communication skills
???? Preferred (Not Required but a PLUS)
Experience supporting a marketing or social media team
Basic understanding of branding and content strategy
Experience working with entrepreneurs or small businesses
