We operate multiple growing businesses and are looking for someone who can take full ownership of our backend systems and help us build a centralized, organized, and scalable operation.
This role is not limited to one business.
You will be responsible for building and managing systems across multiple brands (behavioral health, service-based, and nonprofit) using GoHighLevel as the core platform.
This is not a basic VA role.
You are responsible for helping us turn leads, referrals, and inquiries into organized, trackable, and revenue-generating workflows.

### What You Will Own
* Build and manage a centralized CRM system across multiple businesses
* Create pipelines for each business (lead ? booked ? converted)
* Set up automations (SMS,
* Build booking systems and calendars
* Create simple funnels and lead capture pages
* Run reactivation campaigns across databases
* Ensure no lead or opportunity is missed
* Track and report key metrics across all businesses

### What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)
* Master CRM is structured and organized
* At least 2 businesses are fully operational in the system
* Pipelines and automations are live
* Booking systems are connected and working
* Leads are being captured, followed up, and tracked consistently

### Must-Have Skills
* Strong experience with GoHighLevel (required)
* Experience building CRM systems and pipelines
* Experience with automations (SMS/email workflows)
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Strong written English
* Ability to take initiative and think in systems

### Compensation
* $800–$1,200/month to start
* Increase based on performance after 30 days
