* Strong written English
* Ability to take initiative and think in systems

---

### Compensation

* $800–$1,200/month to start
* Increase based on performance after 30 days
* Long-term opportunity for growth

---

### How to Apply

To be considered, follow all steps carefully:

**Step 1: Subject Line**
Use this exact subject line:
**Systems Operator – [Your Name]**

---

**Step 2: Short Video (2–3 minutes)**
Tell us:

* Your experience with GoHighLevel
* One system or automation you’ve built
* How you approach organizing a new system

---

**Step 3: Scenario (Required)**

A parent submits a request for behavioral health services at 8:47 PM.

Explain:

* What happens immediately
* What happens the next morning
* How you ensure they are scheduled and don’t get lost

---

**Step 4: Proof of Work**

Provide ONE of the following:

Applications that skip steps or provide generic answers will not be reviewed.
