Our clients include K-12 schools, athletic programs, and educational organizations nationwide. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper who thrives in a mission-driven, relationship-focused environment.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with a strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR) management to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining healthy cash flow, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting our continued growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing high-volume invoicing and collections.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections

Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and resolve discrepancies

Communicate professionally with school clients regarding outstanding balances

Reconcile AR accounts and maintain accurate financial records

Generate AR aging reports and provide insights to leadership

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate billing

Maintain compliance with internal accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping experience, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable

Proven experience managing collections and high-volume invoicing

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Strong communication skills, especially when handling client accounts

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with schools, districts, or educational organizations

Background in promotional products, retail, or B2B sales environments

Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
