We are looking for a dependable, highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our growing online education business.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in administrative support, digital organization, website content updates, customer communication, scheduling, file management, data tracking, and helping keep a fast-moving online business organized and efficient.
Our website is hosted on Go High Level, so solid working knowledge of Go High Level is important for page edits, content updates, landing pages, and website management tasks.
You should be highly skilled with Google Sheets, Google Drive, online organization systems, AI productivity tools, content management, website page updates, and digital workflow support.
We need someone proactive, fast, accurate, reliable, and ready to grow long-term with our company.
This is a full-time long-term opportunity with performance-based raises, yearly increases, and advancement opportunities for the right person.
PAY & SCHEDULE
• Starting at $3.25/hour
• Full-time (8 hours per day / 40 hours per week)
• Must work during U.S. EST hours
• Must be available to start immediately
• Long-term position with growth opportunities
You must stay on Zoom during work hours (camera not required).

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Administrative support and daily operations assistance
• Managing calendars, appointments, schedules, reminders
• Customer service and replying to messages or
• Organizing files, folders, documents, digital assets
• Updating website text, images, pages, blogs, and content
• Creating landing pages and promotional pages
• Writing or improving copy, headlines, offers, calls-to-action
• Editing pages inside Go High Level website platform
• Data entry, tracking sheets, reports, dashboards
• Advanced Google Sheets formulas, spreadsheets, organization
• Expert Google Drive folder and file management
• Uploading courses, lessons, PDFs, and digital resources
• Organizing student or client access information
• Canva graphics, presentations, promotional materials
• Video editing for tutorials, social media, ads, promos
• Editing reels, shorts, clips, and marketing videos
• Using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, or CapCut for editing tasks
• Testing website links, pages, forms, and products
• Research tasks and online business support
• Daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for writing, ideas, workflow, and efficiency
• Helping management stay organized and efficient
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience as an Administrative Assistant or Virtual Assistant
• Experience updating websites and digital content
• Solid working knowledge of Go High Level
• Strong Google Sheets skills
• Strong Google Drive organization skills
• Strong understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Ability to write or improve website copy and content
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express, or CapCut
• Video editing experience required
• Canva / design experience preferred
• Strong English communication
• Stable high-speed internet
• Must be available during EST hours
• Must be ready to start immediately
