We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager to support clients—particularly in the home service industry—with a range of administrative, creative, and communication tasks. This role is ideal for someone who’s organized, tech-savvy, and experienced in managing both back-end operations and front-facing brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client schedules, coordinate meetings, handle data entry, and provide general administrative assistance.
Coordinate and attend online meetings, prepare agendas, and manage follow-up actions.
Create, schedule, and manage content across various platforms
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Keep up with social media trends and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
Handle inbound calls (non-sales), respond professionally, and assist clients as needed.
Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities to support client operations effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Minimum of 6 months solid experience handling calls (inbound or customer support).
Minimum of 6 months experience working with international clients (preferably US clients).
Experience or familiarity with Jobber and GoHighLevel is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Reliable internet connection, laptop, headset/earphones, quiet workspace, and a backup device/internet connection.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
