JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Full-Time Podcast + YouTube + Digital Marketing + Patient Growth Virtual Assistant (Philippines)
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Salary: $4–$8 USD per hour (paid bi-weekly, same as my local staff)
Start: Immediate 2-week paid trial, then full-time if it’s a great fit
13th Month Bonus: Required (Philippine law)
About the Role
We are a growing medspa & medical weight-loss center in Encinitas, CA that is ready to scale bookings and revenue. The owner has many ideas and big goals but struggles with chaos, delegation, and execution. We need one highly proactive, organized, and self-starting VA who can take full ownership of our online growth engine — especially connecting marketing (ads, social, podcast) to high-converting landing pages and booking flows.
Key Responsibilities (you will own these end-to-end)
• Full podcast & video podcast production: Take scripts, generate 5 daily 5-minute + one weekly 25-minute episodes using ElevenLabs voice clone, turn them into polished long-form YouTube videos with B-roll, music, intros/outros, CTAs, and product ads. Prepare files for RSS upload.
• YouTube channel management: Upload, optimize thumbnails, titles, descriptions, end screens, and grow the channel consistently.
• Social media content: Create and schedule 12–15 reels/shorts/posts per week across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and Rumble.
• Paid advertising: Manage and optimize Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads campaigns focused on new patient bookings.
• Website & Landing Pages (High Priority): Build and optimize high-converting landing pages, popups, and funnels (Carrd + possibly WordPress/ClickFunnels). Connect marketing efforts (ads, social, podcast) to booking pages. Support main website updates or new telehealth website if needed.
• Telehealth setup & promotion: Assist with setup, landing pages, patient materials, and marketing for weight-loss meds and BHRT telehealth.
• Service bundles & packages: Design attractive upgrades, memberships, bundles, and add-on offers.
• Patient upsell & prep texting: Daily scan of Weave bookings and send targeted graphics/texts.
• In-clinic patient promotion: Create non-pushy sequences to educate existing patients about all services and gently request reviews.
• Product development: Source suppliers on Alibaba and create mockups/ad creatives for new retail products.
• Book production support: Design covers, format chapters, and prepare Kindle-ready files.
• Email/SMS marketing, SEO, Google Business optimization, review campaigns, Zapier automations, Notion organization, MA content briefs, analytics reporting, referral systems, and additional promotion tasks as needed.
• Occasional personal assistant tasks during downtime (calendar research, online shopping lists, travel research, personal project support, etc.) — only when core business tasks are completed.
Must-Have Skills & Tools (must demonstrate during application & interview)

Clear, professional, and easy-to-understand spoken and written English
Strong audio & video production skills using CapCut, Descript, and/or Audacity
Expert level in: ElevenLabs, Canva, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads
Strong skills in landing page / web design (Carrd, WordPress, ClickFunnels or similar)
Strong experience with Zapier, Notion, Trello, and Postoria
Proactive, systems-oriented, and self-motivated — able to stay highly productive with minimal daily direction
