About Us:

We're a U.S.-based creative agency running performance marketing and creative for 30+ brands across e-commerce and DTC. We design and launch landing pages, funnels, and email flows for our clients and for our own in-house product line.
We're looking for a designer/developer who can own both the design AND the build — someone who can take a concept and ship a live, conversion-focused page or email without handing off to anyone else.

What You'll Do:

Design and build landing pages for paid ad campaigns, product launches, and lead gen funnels
Design and build email campaigns and flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, promos, newsletters, etc.)
Work across platforms: Webflow, Shopify, Klaviyo (and others as needed)
Translate briefs, wireframes, and brand guidelines into polished, on-brand pages
Optimize pages and emails for mobile, speed, and conversion
Set up basic tracking (UTMs, pixels, GA4 events) on pages you build
Iterate quickly on feedback and ship revisions fast

Tools You Should Know:
You don't need every tool, but you should be strong in most of these:

Landing pages: Webflow, Shopify (theme customization), Unbounce, or similar

Email: Klaviyo (required), Mailchimp, Omnisend, or similar
Design: Figma (required)
Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS, Liquid, GoHighLevel, GA4, Meta Pixel setup

Who We're Looking For:

Proven experience designing AND building landing pages and emails (please show examples of both)
Strong portfolio showing conversion-focused work — not just "pretty" pages
Understanding of direct response principles (hooks, CTAs, hierarchy, mobile-first)
Experience with Klaviyo email builds (templates, flows, segments)
Experience with Webflow and/or Shopify page builds
Good English communication and fast response times
Reliable internet and able to overlap with U.S. hours at least a few hours a day
