We are now looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Product Researcher to support our product expansion and innovation efforts.

About the Role
The Product Researcher plays a key role in identifying new product opportunities and profitable niches for launch. This role is responsible for turning market data into actionable insights helping the business make informed, strategic decisions on what to launch next.
You will work closely with the R&D Project Manager and cross-functional teams to validate ideas, assess market demand, and ensure each product opportunity aligns with our long-term growth strategy.


About You
You are analytical, curious, and commercially aware. You don’t just find products but you validate opportunities.
To excel in this role, you should have:
1–3 years of Amazon/Shopify product research experience
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from large datasets
Solid understanding of Amazon/Shopify marketplace dynamics, trends, and customer behavior
Experience with competitor analysis and identifying gaps in the market
Strong keyword research capability for demand validation and listing optimisation
Proficiency in tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and Seller Central
Advanced Google Sheets / Excel skills (formulas, data structuring, analysis)
Clear communication and presentation skills to translate data into decisions

Key Responsibilities
Market & Niche Identification
Identify high-potential product opportunities based on demand, competition, and trends
Product Validation
Analyse sales data, seasonality, and market demand to validate product viability
Competitor Analysis
Evaluate competitors’ listings, pricing, reviews, and positioning to identify opportunities and gaps
Keyword & Demand Research
Conduct keyword research to assess search demand and inform product positioning
Profitability Analysis
Forecast pricing, margins, and cost structures to ensure viable and scalable products
Trend Monitoring
Stay ahead of emerging trends, category shifts, and Amazon algorithm changes
Sourcing Support
Provide insights and guidance on sourcing opportunities aligned with identified products
