ABOUT THE SOURCING CO (TSC)

TSC is a fast-growing multi-brand sourcing and supply business headquartered in Guangzhou, China, with operations across Australia, Papua New Guinea, and the Pacific. We work across apparel, building materials, corporate merchandise, modular housing, and more. We are a real business with a 10-year track record - not a startup, not a corporation.

We are now building out our AI infrastructure and are looking for the right person to lead it.

THE ROLE

Job Title: AI Systems Specialist
Type: Full-time
Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)
Reports to: Group GM and Managing Director
Salary: USD 1,500 - 2,000/month depending on experience
Travel: Quarterly trips to Guangzhou, China (approx. 1 month per quarter, fully covered)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

AI & Automation
- Build and deploy AI agents and automated workflow systems using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or equivalent
- Research, trial, and implement the best available AI tools for specific business use cases
- Integrate AI into day-to-day business operations to make the team faster and more productive
- Build bulk personalised communication systems (e.g. client onboarding, login links, campaign triggers)

Web Development
- Design and develop functional, well-presented websites for TSC Group brands
- Build e-commerce and branded retail sites for sub-brands
- Use AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development without sacrificing quality

Data Handling
- Extract, clean, and migrate data from existing databases and tools into websites and CRMs
- Build lightweight data pipelines that keep business information accurate across systems

On-Site Implementation
- Travel to Guangzhou quarterly to oversee AI systems implementation on the ground
- Work directly with the MD and relevant teams during visits to test, refine, and embed new systems
- Document systems clearly so non-technical tea ---------- mbers can operate them independently

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Deep, practical experience with Claude (Anthropic) and OpenAI APIs - actual integration and agent development, not just chat tools
- Proven track record building AI agents and automation workflows
- Strong web development skills - you can build attractive, functional websites from scratch
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or equivalent) is a plus
- Able to write, generate, and debug code - Python preferred
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations
- An eye for design - you care how things look, not just how they work

- Willing and able to travel internationally once per quarter (valid passport required)
