JOB OVERVIEW

We are an energetic mortgage company in west coast of U.S. We are looking for a VA can do accounting work:
1. book keeping for different companies' bank accounts credit card
2. know how to use quick books software
3. know how to do P&L and balance sheet is a plus
4. Commission calculation
5. Call reporting
6. Interest receipt and pay out log
7. Some other admin work

Pls send your resume and one min intro video and answer below questions in your message:

1. have you worked for U,S client before

2. Have you prepared P&L and Balance Sheet before

3. what accounting software you used before and are good at?

4. what other accounting related tasks you did before besides preparing P&L and Balance sheet and book keeping pls name all.

5. Your expected salary after probation period, pls note it has to be inline with our salary range posted otherwise pls do not apply. Company may grant annual bonus if you meet your KPI, you will be penalized if you can not finish your assigned task on time or make mistakes, pls also do not expect a big salary increase after probation period, salary can not be negotiated once confirm and agreed. Pls make sure you are comfortable about company policy before applying the job.
