This is a remote, work-from-home role with a real career path. You'll work with cutting-edge AI and automation tools that most people in the industry are still trying to figure out. If you're the kind of person who likes understanding how things work under the hood, this is your seat.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be the person keeping client automation systems running smoothly. That means:
- Setting up and configuring GoHighLevel (GHL),
- Implementing changes and adjustments based on documented instructions
- Reviewing live setups and flagging issues before they become problems
- Monitoring automations and handling i
- Triaging issues methodically, applying containment steps, and escalating clearly
- Writing clean i
You will not be answering customer enquiries or managing live chat queues. This is an operations and systems role. Logic, judgment, and ownership are what matter here.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We care more about how you think than how many years you've been doing this.
You're the right fit if you:
- Think logically and stay calm when things are unclear
- Write clearly in English
- Take ownership without overstepping
- Are comfortable saying "I'm not sure yet, but here's what I'm checking"
- Learn platforms by actually reading the documentation
Required:
- Strong written English
- Logical problem-solver who can follow and improve SOPs
- Genuine interest in AI agents and automation systems
Strong advantage if you have:
- GoHighLevel experience — especially if you're Admin Certified
- Hands-on experience with Conversation AI inside GHL
- Familiarity with

- Bonus: comfort with APIs or basic integrations
Background in tech support, QA, or operations
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

COMPENSATION & DETAILS
- PHP 20000 to 48000 depending on experience
- Day shift, Philippine time — protect your evenings and your sleep
