About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven Senior
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and manage the overall
Campaign Management: Plan, build, test, and deploy targeted
Segmentation & Personalization: Use customer data and behavior to create dynamic content and advanced segmentation for highly personalized messaging.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test subject lines, creative, and send times to maximize deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and conversion.
Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
Deliverability Management: Monitor
Collaboration: Partner with creative, data, and product teams to ensure consistent brand voice and seamless customer experience across channels.
Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior tea
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in
Proven track record of managing large-scale
Hands-on experience with
Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and deliverability best practices.
Excellent analytical skills
Strong copywriting and creative direction skills.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for
