**Remote | One-Time Project**
**Fixed Price: Starting at $25+ (Depending on Experience and Proposal)**
I will soon be moving into a small basement studio apartment and am looking for a creative, organized, and resourceful person who can help me maximize every inch of available space.
This project is about much more than interior design. I am looking for someone who thinks outside the box and enjoys solving problems creatively. My goal is to create a studio that is highly functional, organized, efficient, and comfortable while making the absolute best use of a limited amount of space.
Once I move in, I will provide photos, videos, room dimensions, and measurements of the studio.
From there, I would like recommendations on how to make the space as functional as possible.
## What You'll Help With
* Designing the best overall layout
* Maximizing every square foot of space
* Recommending furniture placement
* Creating smart storage solutions
* Suggesting organization systems
* Recommending products that save space
* Helping create separate areas for sleeping, working, storage, and daily living
* Finding creative ways to reduce clutter and improve functionality
For example, you might recommend:
* Sofa beds or Murphy beds
* Foldable or wall-mounted desks
* Under-bed storage
* Vertical shelving
* Multi-purpose furniture
* Hidden storage solutions
* Closet organization systems
* Cable management
* Space-saving furniture and accessories
* Any creative ideas that maximize functionality
## Who I'm Looking For
Someone who has experience with:
* Small apartment layouts
* Studio apartment design
* Space optimization
* Home organization
* Interior planning
* Functional storage solutions
Interior design experience is a plus, but it is **not** the most important qualification.
What matters most is that you are **creative, think outside the box, enjoy solving problems, and can come up with smart ideas that most people would never think of.**
I am looking for someone who loves finding clever ways to make small spaces feel much larger and more functional.
## Compensation
This is a **fixed-price project**.
**Starting budget is $25+**, depending on your experience, portfolio, proposal, and the value you believe you can bring to this project.
## How to Apply
Please apply through the **OnlineJobs.ph platform**.
When applying, please include:
* A short introduction about yourself
* Any experience designing or organizing small spaces
* Photos or examples of previous work (if available)
* **Tell me one creative space-saving idea or "space hack" that you would recommend for almost any small studio apartment, even without seeing mine yet.**
I'm looking for someone who enjoys solving problems creatively, so I'd love to see how you think.
Due to the number of applications, only candidates whose experience and creativity stand out will be contacted.
