Digital Marketing & Growth Lead (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week)

The Role
TATT is looking for a part-time Digital Marketing & Growth Lead to own and execute our day-to-day digital presence—across social media,
This is a hands-on role for someone who can both think and do. You’ll be responsible for turning real programs, events, and community impact into clear, consistent digital engagement that drives participation and growth.
What You’ll Own
1. Social Media (Core Channel)
* Plan and manage weekly content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and
* Write posts that feel real, not promotional
* Engage directly with our audience and community

* Build and send newsletters and event campaigns
* Improve open rates, click-throughs, and consistency
* Keep messaging aligned with what’s actually happening on the ground
3. Paid Ads
* Launch and manage campaigns to promote events and programs
* Test audiences, messaging, and creatives
* Optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions
4. Website Updates
* Keep the website current with programs, events, and messaging
* Support landing pages or campaign updates when needed
5. Performance Tracking
* Monitor what’s working across channels
* Adjust quickly based on real data—not assumptions
What We’re Looking For
You need to be able to hit the ground running.
* Experience managing social media,
* Comfortable updating websites (Wix, WordPress, or similar)
* Strong, clear writing (no fluff, no corporate tone)
* Able to work independently and manage time well within 20 hours/week
* Good judgment—knowing what’s worth posting and what’s not
Bonus:
* Canva or Adobe design skills
* Experience promoting events or community programs
* Familiarity with African Diaspora communities
* Strategic - owns the work and is proactive!
