JOB OVERVIEW

A U.S.-based placement agency serving affluent families, executives, and high-profile clients worldwide is seeking an exceptionally sharp, detail-oriented AI Systems & Automation Specialist with deep iCIMS experience to support the evolution of our backend infrastructure.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives behind the scenes—someone who intuitively understands systems, automation, and operational flow—and is excited to help architect a more intelligent, scalable foundation through thoughtful implementation of iCIMS and its AI-driven capabilities, including Coalesce AI, Digital Assistant, and TextRecruit Everywhere.

The role will begin part-time, with strong potential to evolve into a long-term, full-time position for the right fit.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

You will play a key role in refining and elevating our internal systems—bringing greater efficiency, cohesion, and automation across both candidate and client pipelines.

This includes working within iCIMS and alongside integrated tools to thoughtfully implement workflows that enhance communication, streamline processes, and reduce manual touchpoints—while ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience remains intact.

You’ll help identify opportunities for smarter systems, support implementation of automation and AI-driven workflows, and guide our internal team in effectively leveraging the full capabilities of the platform.
