JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based payment processing company that has been using Zoho One heavily for several years. Our environment has grown messy — duplicate records, broken automations, unreconciled books, inconsistent pipelines, and modules we're paying for but barely using. We need an experienced Zoho specialist to come in, audit our setup end-to-end, and deliver a clear, prioritized set of recommendations.
Scope of Work

Review our current Zoho One environment, including (but not limited to) CRM, Books, Desk, Campaigns, Flow, and Analytics
Identify data hygiene issues, broken or outdated workflows, and unused features
Document gaps in automation and opportunities for efficiency gains
Suggest best-practice restructuring for pipelines, modules, user roles, and reporting

Deliverable
A comprehensive written recommendations document covering:

Audit findings (what's working, what's broken, what's bloated)
Suggested changes tagged by priority (quick win / medium / large project)
Specific automation and workflow improvements
Module consolidation, cleanup, or retirement suggestions
Rough implementation roadmap (optional but preferred)

Required Skills

3+ years hands-on experience with Zoho One (not just CRM)
Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books, CRM, Flow, and Analytics
Experience cleaning up messy or legacy Zoho environments
Clear written English and ability to document findings professionally
Familiarity with accounting/reconciliation workflows is a big plus

Nice to Have

Experience with payment processing or financial services companies
Zoho Creator / Deluge scripting
Experience integrating Zoho with third-party platforms

Engagement

Short-term contract (estimated 2–4 weeks, part-time)
Remote, flexible hours with some overlap to U.S. Central Time
