ABOUT US
We're a high-volume auto leasing business in the US. The owner is a strong closer but deals sometimes slip because there's too much inbound to follow up on manually. That's the problem you solve. You'll be the voice that keeps every lease lead warm between the first call and the signed deal — so no warm customer ever falls through the cracks again.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Respond to every new lead within 10 minutes during your shift (SMS, WhatsApp,
- Send templated follow-up sequences at day 1, 3, 7, and 14
- Re-engage ghosted leads with a short recovery sequence
- Log every interaction in our CRM so nothing gets lost
- Book calls directly on the owner's calendar
- Reach out to past lease clients 90 and 60 days before lease-end
- Flag hot leads to the owner immediately so he can close them
- Send an end-of-day summary: new leads, follow-ups sent, hot leads, stalled deals
WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO
- Quote final numbers or negotiate pricing (owner's job)
- Handle any financial or payment information
- Respond to any inquiry outside the leasing business — those get forwarded to the owner immediately
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent written English, native-level or near-native
- Fast and reliable: a lead that comes in at 9:03 gets a reply by 9:13
- Organized — you live in CRMs and checklists and enjoy them
- Calm under volume — you can juggle 30-50 open threads without dropping any
- Comfortable with US culture, tone, and slang
- Trustworthy — we check references
NICE TO HAVE
- Prior experience in automotive, real estate, insurance, or any high-ticket sales follow-up
- Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, similar)
- Experience with SMS platforms (OpenPhone, Textline, TextMagic)
THE DETAILS
- 40 hours/week, aligned to US Eastern or Pacific time (9am–6pm, one time zone)
- Full-time contractor
- Paid 2-week trial before long-term commitment
- Start within 2 weeks of hire
- Bonus of $100 for every signed deal traceable to your follow-up
