JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a high-level specialist to design, build, and optimize two core deliverables for our premiu ---------- mbership platform:

Premiu ---------- mbership Coursework – World-class, engaging, and high-conversion online courses
Custom AI Agent – A powerful, intelligent AI agent that enhances member experience, automates support, delivers personalized learning, and drives retention

This is not an entry-level or junior role. We need an experienced expert who can deliver exceptional quality at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Membership Coursework:

Design and develop comprehensive, high-value membership courses from concept to completion
Create engaging curriculum, lesson structures, video scripts, worksheets, quizzes, and community integration
Ensure courses are optimized for completion rates, member satisfaction, and perceived value
Incorporate modern adult learning principles, storytelling, and interactive elements

AI Agent Development:

Build and deploy a sophisticated custom AI Agent tailored for our membership ecosystem
Capabilities to include: personalized learning paths, 24/7 member support, content recommendations, automated onboarding, progress tracking, and intelligent upsell/nurture sequences
Integrate the AI Agent seamlessly with our membership platform (e.g., Circle, Kajabi, Skool, ---------- , etc.)
Ensure the agent is reliable, secure, and provides exceptional user experience

Requirements

Proven track record building high-ticket or premiu ---------- mbership courses that deliver outstanding results
Strong expertise in AI Agent development (using tools like Voiceflow, LangChain, CrewAI, Custom GPTs, n8n, ---------- , or similar)
Experience integrating AI agents with membership platforms and CRMs
Exceptional writing, instructional design, and content structuring skills
Ability to think strategically about member journey, retention, and monetization
Portfolio of previous AI agents and/or successful membership courses (required)
