JOB OVERVIEW

We're hiring talented video editors to join our agency - a subscription-based editing service for YouTube creators. We're looking for editors who are smart, hungry, and ready to build a long-term working relationship with us.
About the work:

Editing YouTube videos (mostly long-form, some shorts)
Most edits are straightforward — talking-head style, interviews, coaching/educational content
Clients submit videos through our platform; you edit and deliver through the same platform
Clients sign up for monthly subscriptions, so work is steady and recurring

Examples of the style/level of editing:

What we handle:

Marketing and client acquisition
~90% of customer service
Platform and workflow management

What you handle:

Editing videos to client specifications
Occasional direct communication with clients through our platform
Delivering quality work on time

Pay:

$30 USD per long-form video
$8 USD per short-form video
Paid monthly via invoice

What we're looking for:

Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut
Strong sense of pacing, cuts, and storytelling for YouTube
Reliable communication and on-time delivery
Able to follow client briefs and take feedback well
Experience editing YouTube content is a big plus
