JOB OVERVIEW

Meta Ads Media Buyer (Part-Time ? Full-Time Opportunity)

Please don't copy-paste your standard application message. Read this carefully and follow the instructions. Applications that don't will not be reviewed.

Who We Are ::
We're a performance-driven company building and scaling info products across multiple niches. And we do it properly, with an in-house team that includes senior and mid-level media buyers, a dedicated creative team, and clear testing frameworks that actually work.
You won't be thrown in the deep end and left to figure it out. You'll be executing within a proven system, alongside experienced people who care about the work and about getting it right.

The Role ::
We're looking for a Meta Ads Media Buyer who genuinely knows their way around an ads account, someone who reads performance data the way other people read the news, and gets a quiet satisfaction from a campaign that just works.
This starts part-time (~20 hours per week, with weekend availability), but for the right person, the path to full-time is real, structured, and comes with a bonus system tied to actual results.

What You'll Do ::
Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns based on clear, structured briefs
Execute creative and audience tests according to defined testing plans
Monitor performance daily, spotting issues, patterns, and opportunities before they become problems
Collaborate closely with senior and mid-level media buyers
Keep accounts clean, logical, and well-structured in Meta Ads Manager

About You ::
2–3+ years of hands-on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaign management
Solid grasp of campaign structure (CBO/ABO), creative testing, scaling, and the metrics that matter: CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM
Excellent written and spoken English
Sharp attention to detail. You follow instructions precisely, not approximately
Experience with info products is a genuine plus

How to Apply ::
To show us you've actually read this, use the exact subject line when applying: "I'm ready for a trial exercise". Applications without it won't be reviewed.
Shortlisted candidates will complete a brief trial exercise inside Meta Ads Manager, nothing elaborate, just enough to see how you think and how you build.
Answer These in Your Application ::

How many years have you managed Meta Ads hands-on?
What types of offers have you worked with? (Info products is a plus)
What monthly budget ranges have you managed?
In 1–2 sentences: how do you approach testing new creatives in Meta?
What's your weekly availability? Confirm you're available on weekends.

What's in It for You ::
Fully remote, ~20 hours/week to start
A real path to full-time, not a vague promise, a structured one
Performance bonuses tied to results, not tenure
A team that runs on systems, not chaos. You'll know what good looks like here

Top performers get more hours, more responsibility, and a long-term collaboration that's actually worth having.
If this sounds like the kind of work you do well, we'd like to hear from you.
