Job Title: Outbound Call Specialist (Remote)

Location: Philippines (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Company Overview:
We are a US-based manufacturing company seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Outbound Call Specialist. This is a remote position designed for individuals in the Philippines with experience in call centers, sales, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products, services, or gather feedback.
• Call companies or customers to update information in the database or CRM system.
• Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for call volume, sales, or customer interactions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers and provide feedback to improve processes.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent English-speaking skills with a neutral accent.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

Schedule:
• Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. US EST, with a one-hour lunch break

Pay: 20,000 to 25,000 pesos per month, depending on experience.
