What You'll Own:
- Drive digital projects from kickoff to completion — coordinating tasks, timelines, and people
- Be the operational backbone: keep systems, tools, and platforms running smoothly
- Act as the communication bridge between the CEO, tea ---------- mbers, clients, and vendors
- Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them independently
- Help build and improve processes that scale the business

You're a Great Fit If You...
- Have passion for managing projects in a digital or tech-driven environment
- Communicate in English fluently — clearly, professionally, and with confidence on camera
- Are at home with multiple tools, platforms, and systems (IT or engineering background a plus)
- Pick things up fast and don't need hand-holding to figure out new challenges
- Are a natural organizer who sweats the details without losing sight of the big picture
- Have worked in a global company or alongside international teams before
