JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a high-performance DM Setter / Appointment Setter to join our growing online fitness coaching brand, Aesthetic Dream Coaching, founded by IFBB Pro Francis Rances.

You’ll be speaking with inbound and outbound leads through Instagram DMs, qualifying them using proven frameworks, and booking them onto strategy calls with our coaching team.

This role is fast-paced, high-volume, and results-driven. We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, and knows how to keep conversations progressing toward booked calls.

Responsibilities:
Message new followers, inbound leads, and prospects through Instagram DMs
Send 50+ outbound DMs daily
Qualify prospects using proven scripts and frameworks
Book calls for the sales team using Calendly/CRM
Follow up with warm leads daily
Update lead trackers and communicate with the team
Report daily KPIs (messages sent, replies, calls booked)
Requirements (READ CAREFULLY):
You do NOT leave messages unread for more than 1 minute during your shift
Availability: 12 PM – 12 AM CST
Must be available including weekends
Strong written English and fast response time
Sales mindset (not just casual chatting)
Comfortable handling volume and objections
Reliable, disciplined, and consistent
