Description:
We are hiring a full-time Acquisition Development Representative (ADR) to support our US-based commercial cleaning acquisition strategy.
This is NOT a typical VA role — we’re looking for a strong communicator who can confidently engage US business owners.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain a list of US business owners
Run cold
Respond to leads and qualify prospects
Book discovery calls with business owners
Maintain CRM (HubSpot or similar)
Requirements:
2+ years B2B appointment setting / cold outreach
Strong written English (native-level)
Neutral/American accent (REQUIRED)
Experience with tools like:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Cold
CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Reliable internet + quiet work environment
Compensation:
$4/hr base (40 hrs/week)
$15 per qualified meeting booked
Performance bonuses + long-term incentives
Work Schedule:
Must overlap with US Eastern Time
