JOB OVERVIEW

We are a U.S.-based Managed Service Provider focused on helping mid-sized businesses (20–200 employees) improve IT performance, security, and operational efficiency.

We are building a modern outbound sales engine and are looking for a Revenue Marketing & Sales Enablement Specialist to support our SDR team, manage campaigns, and help generate qualified sales appointments.

This is NOT a social media role — this is a revenue-focused marketing role tied directly to sales results.

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For
???? SDR & Campaign Support (Primary Focus)
Build and manage outbound email campaigns
Create and optimize email sequences
Upload and manage prospect lists in HubSpot
Support SDRs with messaging and targeting

???? HubSpot / CRM Management
Manage contacts, pipelines, and workflows
Ensure clean and organized data
Track campaign performance

???? Sales Enablement Materials
Maintain and improve:
Sales decks
One-page leave-behinds
Light marketing collateral

???? Performance Tracking & Optimization
Monitor:
Reply rates
Meetings booked
Improve campaigns based on results

???? Requirements (READ CAREFULLY)
? MUST HAVE:
3+ years in marketing, marketing ops, or lead generation
Experience using HubSpot (required)
Experience supporting outbound or SDR teams
Strong written English
B2B marketing experience
Experience with email outreach campaigns
Understanding of sales funnels

SDRs are fully supported with campaigns and lists

Email
campaigns are running consistently
Reply rates and meetings improve over time
Sales pipeline increases

???? Compensation
$1,200 – $1,800/month (based on experience)
