About the Role
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Specialist with a strong LinkedIn focus.

This role is a mix of content drafting, content research, and light creative support. A major part of the role is helping us identify high-quality LinkedIn posts worth engaging with, while also supporting the drafting of clear, natural content for our team.

This role is ideal for someone who writes well, has strong judgment, and can follow a structured process consistently.

What You Will Do

1. LinkedIn Content Support

Draft LinkedIn posts for the CEO (thought leadership) and AE (sales insights)
Turn rough inputs into clear, polished posts
Prepare first comments for each post
Refine content based on feedback

2. LinkedIn Post Discovery (Very Important)
This is a major part of the role and will take roughly 40% of your time.

Find relevant LinkedIn posts daily using our system
Focus on content from CEOs, founders, and revenue leaders
Identify posts related to:
sales process
sales enablement
sales performance
CRM issues
Select 5 strong posts for the CEO and 5 strong posts for the AE
You are not responsible for commenting — only for finding strong, relevant posts
We will provide clear instructions on how to search and evaluate these posts

3. Creative & Promotional Assets (Light)

Create simple visuals using Canva or AI tools
Support promotional and content assets such as:
webinar announcements
promo banners
post visuals
article graphics

What We Are Looking For

Must-Have:

Strong written English
Ability to write clear, natural LinkedIn content
Strong judgment and content taste
High attention to detail

Very Important:

Strong research skills
Ability to find relevant, high-quality LinkedIn posts consistently
Ability to follow structured processes
Consistency and reliability

Strong Plus:

Experience with LinkedIn content
Experience with Canva or similar tools
Experience using AI tools for content creation
Good visual taste

Success in this role means:

posts are clear, specific, and sound natural
post discovery consistently finds relevant, high-quality content
work requires minimal revisions
output is consistent and reliable

Work Setup

Remote
Part-time, Fast developement to Full-time
20- 25 hours per week
Flexible schedule


Paid monthly
Contractor role (you must be able to send invoices)
