About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Operations & Growth Specialist with hands-on Google Ads experience to help execute and manage paid search campaigns and support lead generation systems.
This role is primarily focused on Google Ads. Experience with Meta Ads is a strong advantage, but Google Ads will be the core responsibility.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, detail-oriented, and reliable. Small mistakes in campaign setup, targeting, or tracking can waste ad spend, so accuracy matters.
What You Will Do
Google Ads (Core Responsibility)
Set up and launch Google Search campaigns
Perform keyword research and structure campaigns properly
Manage match types and keyword groupings
Build and maintain negative keyword lists
Monitor, report on, and improve campaign performance
Support campaign optimization based on performance data
Tracking & Performance
Support basic GA4 tracking setup and validation
Help ensure conversions are being tracked correctly
Assist with simple performance reporting
Landing Page Support (Light)
Review landing pages for structure and clarity
Coordinate updates to content, layout, and QA
Help ensure alignment between ads and landing pages
Meta Ads (Advantage, Not Core)
Experience supporting or managing Meta campaigns is a strong plus
This may include helping with campaign setup, audience structure, or performance review when needed
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, especially Search campaigns
Strong understanding of:
campaign structure
keywords and match types
bid adjustments
negative keywords
High attention to detail
Ability to follow structured processes
Consistent, reliable execution
Clear written English
Strong Plus (Not Required):
Experience with Meta Ads
Experience with GA4 tracking
Experience with conversion tracking setup
Experience with landing page tools
Basic understanding of CRM systems such as HubSpot
Candidates with Meta Ads or CRM experience will be preferred, but they are not required.

Work Setup
Remote
Flexible hours
Some overlap with North America preferred
Open to part-time or full-time
Expected availability: 20 to 40 hours per week
Contractor role (you must be able to send invoices)
