JOB OVERVIEW

We are a small but established media and business training company looking for a reliable, experienced LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to help promote our professional training events.
This is a part-time, remote role to start, with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.

About the Role
We run small-group, in-person business training sessions (8–12 attendees) covering topics such as:
Communication skills
Dealing with difficult people
Supervisor and new manager training
Workplace conflict and emotional intelligence
We will provide most of the copy, messaging, and creative direction. Your role is to execute, manage, and optimise LinkedIn campaigns to drive registrations and results.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns (this is the core of the role)
Target the right audiences (job titles, industries, locations, etc.)
Optimise campaigns for performance (CTR, conversions, cost per lead)
Monitor results and make adjustments to improve outcomes
Advise on best practices for LinkedIn event promotion
Coordinate posting and boosting on Facebook (secondary priority)
Provide simple, clear reporting on campaign performance

Requirements (Important)
Proven experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns (please do not apply without this)
Strong understanding of LinkedIn targeting and campaign setup
Experience promoting events, training, or B2B services is a plus
Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
Good written English for communication and minor copy adjustments
Organised, responsive, and detail-oriented

What We’re Looking For
Someone who knows LinkedIn well—not just social media in general
A practical, results-focused mindset
Someone who can execute reliably without constant supervision
A long-term working relationship, not just a one-off freelancer

Hours & Growth Opportunity
Part-time to start (flexible hours)
Opportunity to expand into a full-time, ongoing role if it’s a good fit

To Apply
Please include:
A brief summary of your LinkedIn Ads experience
Examples of campaigns you’ve managed (especially event promotion if possible)
Results or metrics (if available)
Why you are a good fit for this role

Important
We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on LinkedIn campaign experience. General social media experience alone is not sufficient.
