The Role
We are seeking a highly proactive Meta Ads Specialist to take full ownership of our e-commerce clients' Meta advertising strategies. You will not just be managing campaigns — you will be aggressively scaling them, proactively generating creatives, and building smart automations that multiply your output. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, a creative mindset, and the technical capability to leverage cutting-edge AI tools and automation platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Aggressive Campaign Management: Take full control of Meta Ads accounts across our e-commerce client portfolio. You will be responsible for aggressively launching new campaigns, ruthlessly shutting down underperforming ads, and dynamically scaling and downscaling budgets based on real-time performance data. Hesitation is not part of this role.
Creative Strategy & Execution: Proactively generate and test new ad creatives without waiting to be asked. You will design and execute split tests, produce high-converting creatives using Canva and AI-driven platforms, and maintain a constant pipeline of fresh content. Video content is a priority, and you understand why it dominates on Meta.
AI Exploration & Adoption: Actively test and evaluate new AI models and creative tools as they emerge. You bring a genuine curiosity for what is new and a practical ability to assess whether it moves the needle for clients. You help Swerv Digital stay ahead of the curve.
Automation Building: Leverage platforms like Lovable and Manus to build smart automations and workflows for ad creation and generation. You reduce manual work, increase output, and create systems that scale.
E-commerce Performance: Apply your deep understanding of e-commerce dynamics — including ROAS, CPA, LTV, and funnel optimization — to drive profit and sustainable growth for our clients.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and translate data into clear, actionable decisions. You are comfortable owning the numbers and communicating results.
Requirements
Proven E-commerce Experience: You have a strong, demonstrable track record of working with e-commerce brands. You understand the full customer journey, from awareness to conversion, and how Meta Ads fits within it.
Meta Ads Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta Ads campaigns with meaningful budgets. You know the platform's algorithm, campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience mechanics inside and out.
Creative Proficiency: You can independently produce compelling ad creatives. You are proficient in Canva and comfortable using AI-powered creative tools. You have a structured approach to split testing and know how to read creative performance data.
AI Curiosity & Adaptability: You actively follow developments in AI tools relevant to marketing and advertising. You are not just aware of new models — you test them, form opinions on them, and know how to apply them practically.
Automation Skills: You have experience building, or a strong capability to build, automations using platforms such as Lovable and Manus to streamline ad generation and campaign management workflows.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data quickly and make fast, confident decisions that optimize campaign performance.
Proactive & Independent: You are a self-starter who takes ownership without being asked. You identify opportunities, move quickly, and execute with precision. In a team of three, everyone carries weight.
