You are the creative eye running the visual side of our network.

In today’s world, we don't need a traditional graphic designer who builds everything from scratch. We need a curator and an orchestrator. Somebody who can use the tools, and engage other professionals when needed, to achieve the desired result.

You’re the one making sure:
-> Our internal brand looks sharp, clean, and focused
-> Our clients' websites, socials, and assets are top-tier
-> AI tools and modern editors are leveraged to their full potential
-> The whole digital aesthetic runs smoothly

[ TASK LIST: WHAT YOU'LL DO ]

Manage Our Internal Brand
-> Keep our website, brand/style guide, and collateral (Google Maps, FB) looking its absolute best
-> Maintain visual consistency across all our internal platforms

Manage Client Brands & Assets
-> Take ownership of our clients' brands and all their associated content
-> Keep existing customer brands fresh, updated, and highly organised
-> Build new or update existing client websites using drag-and-drop editors (like Elementor)
-> Build new or update existing client assets like email signatures, letterheads, and Facebook pages etc.

Leverage Modern Tools
-> Use your eye for design to generate top-notch marketing elements for both our brand and our clients using approved tools, staff and resources.
-> Jump in on any other creative tasks that pop up based on these core duties

[ REQUIRED STATS: ABOUT YOU ]
You are a creative orchestrator who knows exactly what good design looks like.

Required attributes:

IMPECCABLE TASTE
You intuitively understand visual hierarchy, layout, and what makes a brand look professional

AI-FORWARD
You know how to prompt and engage AI to generate or refine design elements that still respect true design principles, follow branding and style guides, and keep the brand aligned.

PLATFORM SAVVY
You are highly comfortable jumping into drag-and-drop editors like Elementor or Canva to build out the required resources, results.

BASIC CODER
You know enough HTML and CSS to tweak templates and fix formatting bugs

HIGHLY ORGANISED
You live in systems and can easily juggle multiple client brands without mixing up their assets

CLEAR SPOKEN ENGLISH
Easy for Australian customers and our team to communicate with

You do NOT need:
-> To be a hardcore developer or software engineer
-> To build every graphic from absolute scratch
-> A traditional graphic design degree

You DO need:
-> A fundamental understanding of brand consistency
-> The ability to take a concept, engage the right tools (including AI), and deliver a polished final product

[PAY SCALE]
-> Depending on skill level, you will start on 20,000-30,000PHP
-> You will increase ---------- PHP every month until you hit 50,000PHP as long as you complete the required training and your performance reviews are successful.
