Education
(1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
(2) Relevant certifications in sales, digital marketing, or CRM platforms are an advantage

Experience
(1) 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound sales role
(2) Experience in a digital marketing agency or B2B services environment is highly preferred
(3) Proven track record in prospecting, cold outreach, and booking qualified meetings
(4) Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms

Responsibility & Context

The Role
(1) Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
(2) Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients aligned with the company’s ideal customer profile
(3) Schedule and coordinate discovery calls/meetings for the sales team
(4) Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM
(5) Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
(6) Consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings
