JOB OVERVIEW

High-Ticket Closer - Dripdok (Remote, SEA)

Title is intentional: no fluff, no hype.

Role:

You are not here to “sell.”

You are responsible for converting qualified, high-intent clients into long-term patients for a premium at-home medical and longevity service.

You will operate within a strict, systemized discovery and closing framework.
No improvisation. No “guru tactics.” No pressure selling.

What You Will Do:
• Run structured discovery calls (no scripts deviation)
• Diagnose client goals, constraints, and readiness
• Present tailored protocols and care pathways
• Handle objections with logic, not pressure
• Close high-ticket packages ($1k–$10k+)
• Follow up via WhatsApp with precision and timing
• Log all activity and outcomes in CRM

What You Will NOT Do:
• No cold calling
• No fake urgency or manipulation
• No discounting to close
• No rewriting the offer mid-call
• No “freestyling” your own script

Violation = immediate removal.

• Have closed $3k–$10k offers consistently
• Understand consultative sales (not transactional)
Key Responsibilities:

* Think in terms of diagnosis, prescription, and decision-making

Who This Is NOT For:

* Script readers with no thinking ability
* “Wolf of Wall Street” closers
* Course/crypto/agency sales backgrounds only
* Anyone who relies on pressure tactics

Commission:

In addition to base pay, there is commission.

Compensation is performance-based, with commission ranging from 10% to 15% on cash collected.
There is additional upside for sustained performance above a 30% close rate.

There is no cap, but earnings are directly tied to your ability to execute within the system.
