You are the financial engine running in the background.

While:
-> Our engineers are tackling complex infrastructure projects, and
-> Our tech team is closing support tickets out the front,

You’re the one making sure:
-> Monthly recurring revenue (MRR) is spot on
-> Cloud software licenses are accurately billed
-> Invoices are paid on time (with a velvet glove)
-> The books are perfectly balanced

Our financial systems run as efficiently as our tech systems

[ TASK LIST: WHAT YOU'LL DO ]

-> Manage Monthly Billing & Subscriptions - Handle prorated billing, onboarding new staff for clients, and contract renewals
-> Reconcile Vendor Invoices - Cross-check cloud distributor bills (e.g., Microsoft 365, Pax8) against client invoices to prevent revenue leakage
-> Handle Accounts Receivable - Proactively follow up on overdue accounts while maintaining great, friendly client relationships
-> Triage Billing Inquiries - Review invoice time-entries and work directly with the tech team to resolve any client disputes
-> Automate & Report - Streamline data entry, manage bank rules, set up automated payment gateways, and generate clear financial reports

You are an experienced, highly organised numbers person who understands the rhythm of a service business.

Required attributes:

VERY DETAIL-ORIENTED
You won't rest until a $1.50 discrepancy is found and fixed

THE VELVET GLOVE
Clear, friendly, yet firm spoken English for handling Australian business clients and chasing payments

SOFTWARE WIZARD
Expert in core accounting software (like Xero) and highly capable of learning our IT ticketing/PSA systems

PROCESS OPTIMISER
You hate manual data entry and love setting up rules to automate the repetitive stuff

AUTONOMOUS PROBLEM SOLVER
You enjoy figuring things out without constant hand-holding

You do NOT need:
-> To be a hardcore IT engineer
-> To know how to configure a firewall or write PowerShell scripts
We have people that can help you with that, You just need to know what you want and how to clearly articulate it.

You DO need:
-> A rock-solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles and reconciliation
-> The ability to grasp tech-based subscription models (SaaS) and how IT service billing works

Depending on skill level, you will start on 30,000-40,000PHP

You will increase ---------- PHP every month until you hit 60,000PHP as long as you complete the required training and your performance reviews are successful.
