JOB OVERVIEW

I’m a real estate agent in Irvine, California, building a trusted, high-quality YouTube brand focused on educational real estate content. I’m looking for a top-level editor who can help me create polished, professional videos that look premium, keep viewers watching, and support channel growth.

My content is primarily long-form talking-head videos filmed on BigVu. I need someone who can transform raw footage into a strong final product with clean storytelling, strategic pacing, engaging visual edits, and a modern YouTube feel.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who understands how to edit for:
