JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a highly capable all-in-one Virtual Assistant who can help me execute marketing ideas from start to finish. This is not a basic admin role. I need someone who can take direction, move fast, think clearly, and produce professional work without constant hand-holding.

You must already have real experience with GoHighLevel, CapCut, and ElevenLabs.

Your responsibilities will include building landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel, setting up forms, calendars, automations, workflows, pipelines, and CRM systems, uploading and formatting marketing copy, editing short-form videos and ad creatives in CapCut, creating professional AI voiceovers in ElevenLabs, matching voiceovers with video content, turning rough ideas into finished marketing assets, and helping keep projects organized and moving quickly.

I am looking for someone who is dependable, fast, detail-oriented, organized, proactive, a strong communicator, comfortable with AI tools, able to follow instructions exactly, and able to solve problems independently.

Requirements:

Strong GoHighLevel experience
Strong CapCut experience
Experience using ElevenLabs
Funnel building and landing page setup
Video editing skills
Good English communication
Reliable internet
Dependable computer
Ability to work during CST hours or with strong CST overlap

Bonus if you have experience with real estate marketing, home services marketing, direct response marketing, social media ad creatives, graphic design, SOP creation, and automation.

Please do not apply if you only do admin work, only edit videos, or only know one of these tools. I am specifically looking for one person who can function as a high-level execution assistant across all of these areas.
