JOB OVERVIEW

DEPARTMENT: Project Coordination / Customer Support

REPORTS TO: CEO

WORK HOURS, FULLTIME: 8:00 AM EST. - 2:00 PM EST.

STARTING SALARY: $5- $6 per hour

POTENTIAL SALARY: $1,000-$1,800 / Month

Job Summary

Manage, review for quality, upload, and retouch photos and video on a daily basis. Follow up with editing team on project status. Maintain communication with clients and answer customer inquiries via text and email. Book & manage projects on behalf of customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

Send out projects before 12 PM EST

Quality Control for Deliverables (Photos, Videos, 3D Tours)

Make edits to photos in photoshop/lightroom as needed

Make edits to Videos as needed

Customer Support

Monitor and manage all incoming communication through phone calls, text messages, and the support inbox

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, text, or phone

Provide regular project updates to clients to ensure they feel informed and supported throughout the process

Customer Success (Answer questions, help clients, etc.)

Flag urgent or complex issues for the appropriate tea ---------- mber and ensure timely follow-up

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to take on several tasks at once.

Extreme attention to detail.

Excellent English speaking and written.

Ability to speak with clients on the phone with confidence.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software experience.

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Slack.

Preferred proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

Proficient with Google G Suite and word processing software.

Fast learner and willing to learn

Preferred experience in leading a team and management
