We are hiring an experienced Insurance Quoting Specialist and we are only looking for top performers.

This role is NOT for entry-level applicants or candidates without strong hands-on experience in both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines quoting.
If you do not meet the qualifications below, please do not apply. However, referrals are welcome, we offer referral rewards after successful onboarding and 1 month of employment.

Minimum Qualifications (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DID NOT MEET THESE CRITERIA)
• 3–5+ years of proven insurance quoting experience
• Strong background in Commercial Lines quoting
• Solid experience with Personal Lines quoting
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to follow SOPs and processes consistently
• Results-oriented and accountable
• Proactive with a strong sales mindset
• Customer-centric with excellent service handling skills
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline

• Can confidently handle commercial quoting with accuracy and speed
• Understand personal lines quoting and bundled policy strategies
• Know how to manage customers professionally

What You’ll Be Doing
• Prepare Complex Commercial and Personal Lines quotes independently
• Handle submissions with minimal guidance
• Work across multiple lines of business
• Communicate with clients regarding quotes, renewals, and follow-ups
• Recommend strong quoting and bundling strategies
• Maintain organized follow-up and pipeline management
• Ensure accuracy across ACORD forms and quoting documentation
Required Experience & Tools
• EZLynx and/or Applied Epic
• ACORD forms
• Understanding of the U.S. insurance quoting process end-to-end
• Slack or similar communication tools
• Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshcaller, or similar ticketing systems
• Comfortable handling calls, SMS, and client follow-ups
