JOB OVERVIEW

About us:
We are Spruce Point Painting, a premium residential painting company in Vermont, USA. We work with high-end homeowners and our brand depends on professional, warm, confident phone communication.
The role:
You will be the first voice our potential clients hear when they call. Your job is to handle initial lead calls, ask the right questions, and book site visits for our team.
What you will do:

Answer inbound calls from homeowners during US Eastern Time business hours
Return missed calls and new leads quickly (target is within 15 minutes)
Follow our structured call script to qualify leads and understand their project
Book appointments directly into our calendar system
Enter clean, detailed notes into our CRM (Jobber, we will train you)
Send confirmation texts and follow-up messages
Flag complex or high-value leads to the owner

What we are looking for:

Excellent English, clear and neutral-sounding. Our clients are American homeowners and must feel comfortable on the phone with you.
3+ years of US-based phone experience (call center, customer service, appointment setting, ISA for real estate, or home services)
Confident, warm, and professional phone presence
Strong attention to detail when taking notes
Available Monday to Friday during US Eastern Time business hours (approximately 8am to 6pm ET, which is 9pm to 7am Philippine Time)
Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and a good quality headset
Experience with Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar CRM is a plus
