About the Role:
We’re hiring a hands-on Affiliate Manager to scale lead generation campaigns across financial verticals (insurance, home improvement, loans).
This is a performance-focused role - you’ll be responsible for growing affiliate partnerships, managing campaigns, and ensuring high-quality, scalable lead flow with an EPC-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates (media buyers, networks, publishers)
Manage and scale relationships with existing partners
Identify high-potential affiliates based on volume and lead quality
Launch and manage lead-gen campaigns across native, display, social, and other traffic sources
Optimize performance through continuous testing and iteration
Manage caps and traffic allocation across partners
Match the right offers to the right traffic sources
Monitor traffic quality and prevent fraud or low-intent leads
Handle creative and content pre-approvals
Requirements (Must-Have):
Experience with RedTrack and Affise
Strong technical skills (postback setup, tracking, troubleshooting)
Experience in affiliate / performance marketing
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of RevShare / CPL models and affiliate economics (EPC-first mindset)
Existing network of affiliates in lead-gen
High attention to detail
High availability (responsive, able to manage time-sensitive campaigns and partner communication)
