JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a talented, unique Graphic Designer to join our growing wall art brand (Wallbuddy Ltd), selling on Etsy, Amazon, and wholesale globally.
This role is focused on creating and scaling designs for multiple shops (Etsy etc.)
You will work under our Creative Director to take proven design styles and roll them out across hundreds of variations (e.g. cities, landmarks, maps, etc.).

YOUR ROLE (VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND)
This is not a typical “creative designer” role.
You will:
Take approved design templates
Adapt them into multiple variations (e.g. 100+ cities, landmarks, etc.)
Work quickly and consistently within a defined style
Think: high-quality repetition at scale

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create 20+ poster designs per day using existing templates
Adapt designs across different themes (cities, landmarks, maps, etc.)
Restore and enhance vintage artwork (e.g. old posters, adverts, illustrations) by cleaning, sharpening, upscaling, and preparing high-resolution print files
Follow strict layout, typography, and branding guidelines
Work closely with our Creative Director and team
Send a short daily progress update

REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum 2 years graphic design experience
Strong Photoshop and/or Illustrator skills (essential)
Excellent attention to detail and layout consistency
Ability to follow design systems and templates precisely
Fast turnaround and ability to hit daily targets

ADDITIONAL SKILL (HIGHLY VALUED)
Experience restoring vintage or old artwork
Ability to clean, sharpen, and upscale low-resolution images
Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Topaz Gigapixel, or similar
Strong attention to detail when preparing files for high-quality printing

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED BUT A PLUS)
Experience with poster or print design
Experience creating product mockups
Familiarity with AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
Experience working in high-volume design roles

WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time (Monday–Friday)
Flexible working hours

SALARY
$150–$190 per week depending on experience and speed
Paid weekly
