We're launching OpsPlan, an AI-powered operations assessment for founders and operators ($27 front-end, $67 upsell). We need an experienced Meta ads media buyer to own paid acquisition end-to-end — not just build campaigns, but run them.
Starting part-time (15-20 hrs/week) with room to grow as we scale spend and launch additional products under the same brand.
You'll own
Full campaign strategy and setup (CBO, Advantage+, manual — you pick based on what works)
Pixel and Conversions API setup and QA
Audience research and testing (cold, lookalikes, retargeting)
Creative testing cadence — you'll work from briefs and assets I provide, and should spot underperforming creative and request variants before I ask
Daily optimization and budget management
Weekly reporting: spend, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV signals
Scaling what works, killing what doesn't — fast
Must have
3+ years running Meta ads for direct-response digital products (info products, courses, low-ticket tripwires, SaaS). Not e-commerce, not local services.
Hands-on experience with low-AOV funnels ($20-100 products with OTOs/upsells) — you understand the unit economics cold
Proven track record keeping CPA inside a tight breakeven. This product runs $35-45 AOV and CAC target is under $25.
Current grasp of Meta post-iOS 14: CAPI, attribution windows, Advantage+ behavior, creative fatigue cycles
Clear written English — async communication in Slack
Reliable weekly reporting — you own the numbers
Nice to have
Experience launching new offers from zero, not just scaling proven ones
Copywriting — you can draft ad variants, not just test them
TikTok or YouTube ads background
Rate: $10-12/hour based on experience. Part-time to start (15-20 hrs/week), with rate review at 90 days tied to performance.
To apply, include:
Links to 2-3 ad accounts you've managed (screenshots of results are fine — blur account names)
The lowest CPA you've driven on a sub-$50 digital product, and what the offer was
