JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an exceptional A-player to join our growing U.S.-based company and become a key part of our expansion.
Porch Swing Homes is a Florida homebuilding and real estate company focused on new homes, development, framing/siding operations, and future commercial construction growth.
We need someone who can help generate ---------- ntum, create consistency, manage opportunities, support leadership, and help us scale.
This is not a simple assistant job.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
1. SALES PIPELINE + CRM MANAGEMENT
Enter all new leads immediately
Ensure fast lead response times
Follow up with prospects by email / text
Update pipeline stages daily
Track proposals and open opportunities
Maintain hot lead list
Realtor follow-up
Customer nurture follow-up
Keep CRM clean, current, and actionable
2. MARKETING EXECUTION
Coordinate with Meta / Google ad agency
Track incoming leads and campaign performance
Social media scheduling and posting
Canva graphics

Email
newsletters
Marketing calendar management
Help generate appointments and inquiries
3. WEBSITE + CONTENT
Update website pages
Add listings, floor plans, photos
Upload testimonials
Create blog / SEO content
Improve conversion opportunities
4. EXECUTIVE SUPPORT
Manage inbox and prioritize communications
Calendar management
Schedule appointments
Task tracking and reminders
Vendor communication
Help leadership stay focused on highest-value work
5. OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
Spreadsheet updates
Quote / proposal formatting
File organization
Data entry
Dashboard reporting
Build SOPs and internal systems
